RIIL and RIPCOA Assumption of Risk Forms
The RIIL and RIPCOA require Assumption of Risk form. The AoR form only needs to be filled out once per athletic career per school.

Physical Examinations
Students registering for Athletics must upload a current physical examination on the registration form before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. Physicals are valid for thirteen (13) months from date of physical exam.
